Do I need to be a ServePath customer to participate in the referral program?

Yes, you need to be a ServePath customer to participate in the Customer Referral Program.

Can I participate in both the reseller and the referral program?

Yes, certainly. While you may refer customers to ServePath anytime, you may also qualify as a ServePath reseller by purchasing multiple servers yourself.

Do I have to sign up or register for the ServePath referral program?

No, you do not need to sign up or register for the ServePath referral program.

Are there any fees to participate in the ServePath referral program?

No, there are no fees involved. Instead, you will be earning service credits for every customer that you refer to ServePath.

How will you know that I have referred a new customer to ServePath?

When your referred customer contacts ServePath by signing up online or by phone, he or she will need to provide your name and contact information or customer number. Please note that we will be unable to pay you if your referral fails to tell us that you referred them when they sign up.

Can I refer more than one customer to ServePath?

Certainly, you may refer as many customers as you want. The more customers you bring to ServePath, the more free dedicated hosting you will earn.

Are there any restrictions as to whom I can refer?

If your referral becomes a ServePath customer, then we can assume that they have already passed those restrictions.

How and when do I get paid when I refer new customers to ServePath?

When the referred customer stays active with ServePath for 90 days, we will issue the service credit to your account.

Do I get paid for repeat orders?

No. You get compensated from the first order only. If the referred customer later purchases additional servers or upgrades, service credits will not be issued for those purchases. If the person who you refer purchases more than one server with their initial order, however, you will receive multiple service credits.
